Every new client begins with a New Client Consultation. This allows us to understand your pet, your routine, and the type of ongoing support you’re looking for.
During your consultation, we’ll review:
Your pet’s personality, routine, and care needs
Preferred visit length and weekly schedule
Home access and safety information
Any medications or special instructions
This step ensures we’re the right fit — and that your pet receives consistent, quality care from day one.
Step 2: Set Up Your Recurring Weekly Schedule, Or Schedule the Visits You Need
Most of our clients schedule services on a recurring weekly basis. This allows pets to thrive on routine and allows us to maintain dependable staffing.
Common schedules include:
Midday dog walking during the workweek
Regular cat drop-in visits
Ongoing support for seniors or busy families
Weekly care with added visits during travel
Recurring schedules receive priority coverage and may qualify for loyalty pricing.
Step 3: Visits Are Completed & Tracked
Every visit is:

Cards on file are charged weekly for completed visits
